Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Vanta collects when you use vantanet.work and related Vanta services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Vanta is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].
2. Data we collect
Depending on the features you choose, this may include your email address, account identifiers, support messages, replay files you upload, and the match information derived from those files. We collect only the information needed to provide and secure the selected feature.
3. How we use data
We use data to run your account, respond to requests, process content you choose to upload, protect Vanta from abuse, send necessary service messages, and improve the Service using aggregate information.
4. Legal bases
Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, processing is based on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in security and improving the Service, your consent for optional communications, or a legal obligation.
6. Replay storage and visibility
Replay content and reports are private to your account unless you choose to share them or add them to a team workspace. Public competition results may be shown where they are already publicly published by an organiser.
7. Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and retain user-provided files only for as long as required by your selected plan or feature. We delete or anonymise personal data after account deletion unless we must keep it for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict processing of your data. Contact us to make a request, and you may also complain to your relevant data-protection authority.
10. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use recognised safeguards for international data transfers.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transport and access controls, to protect data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
Vanta is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal data from a child under 13 without appropriate authorisation, we will take steps to delete it.
13. Changes
We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use data, we will provide additional notice where required.
14. Contact
For privacy questions or data requests, contact [email protected].
